Mrs. Malvika Bhatt, a distinguished educationist with over four decades of experience, is renowned for her visionary leadership and dedication to the field of education. With an illustrious career spanning more than 40 years, she has contributed significantly to premier institutions across India. Before taking on the mantle of Founder Principal at Delhi Public School Khanapara, she served for twelve remarkable years at one of the country’s most prestigious institutions—The Doon School, Dehradun—as a Post Graduate Teacher in Chemistry.
A multifaceted personality, Mrs. Bhatt is a National Level Basketball Player and an accomplished dancer whose choreographic works have earned accolades at the national level. A firm believer in experiential learning, she has consistently encouraged the “learning-by-doing” approach in her science classrooms. Under her mentorship, numerous student projects were showcased at regional and national science exhibitions, including the prestigious Jawahar Lal Nehru National Science Exhibition, where several of them received awards.
Her passion extends beyond academics—she has a keen interest in art, craft, and design and is deeply committed to social welfare, particularly in uplifting the underprivileged. Always on the lookout for opportunities to make a positive difference, Mrs. Bhatt’s empathy and compassion are integral to her identity as an educator.
As the Founder Principal of DPS Khanapara, she nurtured the school from its inception, shaping it into a thriving educational institution that now offers classes from Kindergarten to Grade XII. Under her dynamic leadership, the school has earned recognition in academics, sports and co-curricular activities at regional, national and international platforms.
On 31st March 2025, Mrs. Malvika Bhatt superannuated, leaving behind a legacy of excellence, innovation and dedication. Though she has stepped down from her role, her visionary guidance continues to inspire the school community.
